FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO BUY VEHICLES AT AUCTION WITH US

STEP 1: Contact us and let us know what type of vehicle you're looking for: make, model, year range, and mileage. Our team will start a meticulous search, locating possible options in motorcycle and powersport vehicle auctions across the country. (These auctions are NOT PUBLIC, so if you don’t have a license, you can’t access the inventory. But don’t worry, that’s why we’re here!) Our team will send you all potential options with photos, specifications, and details provided by the auction.

STEP 2: Once you receive and review the potential options, decide which one is ideal for you (you’re likely to have more than one good choice, and that’s okay—you can pre-select more than one). At this stage, you’ll determine your maximum bid amount, keeping in mind that in addition to the winning bid, there are auction fees, transportation, transfer, and taxes.

STEP 3: You’ll need to send us a security deposit. THIS DEPOSIT IS 100% REFUNDABLE if we don’t win the vehicle and varies depending on the vehicle’s value:

• $1,000 for motorcycles up to $5,000.
• $1,500 for vehicles between $5,000 and $10,000.
• $2,000 for vehicles between $10,000 and $15,000.
• $3,000 for vehicles over $15,000.

STEP 4: Once we win or purchase the vehicle, we’ll send you the original auction invoice, which includes their fees, along with our invoice for the brokerage service, transfer costs, and taxes. You’ll then pay the remaining balance, as your security deposit is already credited toward the final amount. (There is a time limit to complete the payment.)

STEP 5: At this point, you’ll decide whether you’d like us to arrange transportation or if you prefer to handle it yourself. (There is a time limit to collect the vehicle from the auction.)
